We've added a few of the answers to some regular questions below
What if it rains?
We have a few different options if rain is forecast

Option A - Do Nothing - As our courses are typically for an all day hire. We will still supply the course as planned and hopefully there will be a break in the weather for you and your guests to enjoy it
Option B - We setup all or part of the course indoors or under a covered area for you (if space/access and the venue allows)
Option C - We can supply gazebos to cover the course so play can continue (additional charge applies - not available in windy conditions)
Option D - You are welcome to cancel on the day (by 9am) and we will refund 20% of the booking price back to you
Can the course be used indoors?
Yes indeed - Subject to space, access and permission from the venue
Do you offer your all day courses everywhere?
Subject to location we may only offer a supervised service due to distance but please speak to us around the timings you would like and we will happily include any travel, staffing costs etc in your quotation.
Can we book Garden Games or other services without booking a Golf Course?
Yes of course - Please contact us and we would be happy to formally quote for you for any services you may require
Do you supply your courses all year round?
We do indeed - We will offer some discounts in the winter months as hire periods tend to be shorter to to light so please ask - we can also provide lighting if required or supply a course suitable for indoors
Do we have to book a 9 or 6 hole course are these the only options?
We try to be as flexible as we can so please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements. I'm sure we can come up with a solution
Why do you charge a refundable Prop & Games damage deposit?
As many of our courses and games are hired on an unsupervised basis. We have had incidents where children left unattended have lost or damaged part of the courses and games. Many of our props are hand made and takes time to rebuild as well as the cost of materials and for lost pieces of games etc. Sadly this has become quite costly to us over recent years so we have had to make the decision to charge this to enable us to keep our prices affordable and continue to offer a great service to our clients. The damage deposit is returned once everything is collected in good condition within 7 working days. Please note we do not charge a damage deposit with a supervised course.
Are the themed obstacles fixed or can we choose a mix if we want to?
Some obstacles will only work with certain holes but please speak with us. We are always adding new props and are happy to accommodate requests where we can. Please talk to us to discuss your exact requirements. **Update - Our new Cotswold Course now comes with an assortment of props and can be customised however you wish**
Can the Giant Letters go outside?
The majority of our letters are not rated to go outside. However we do have one set of our Rustic LOVE Letters that are battery powered and are fully rated for outside use.
Do you supply sweets with your sweet carts?
In short, No. We no longer supplysweets with our sweet carts. We just supply the carts, the decorations, glassware, tongs & sweet bags depending on your hire package. You simply just need to add the sweets.
Can your sweet carts be used for other items as well as sweets?
Yes of course, We have had many customer use our carts for many purposes including fruits stalls, cake displays, drinks cart, cheese cart, gift tables to name a few.
